Enter raises $100M+ to become Latin America's first AI unicorn

Our Series B, led by Founders Fund, values Enter at $1.2 billion. We're building the operating system for legal departments — from Brazil to the world.
Two and a half years ago, we set out to build a global AI company from Brazil. Today, Enter is Latin America's first AI unicorn.
We raised over $100 million in our Series B at a $1.2 billion valuation, led by Founders Fund. Ribbit Capital, Sequoia Capital, ONEVC, Atlantico, and Kaszek also participated in the round.
What changed in one year
A lot has happened since our Series A. Revenue has grown over 10x. Our client base tripled. Over 300,000 lawsuits per year now run through EnterOS.
What was a bet on the future is now an operating system running inside the legal departments of Bradesco, Nubank, Mercado Livre, Airbnb, LATAM Airlines, Azul, and 40+ other large enterprises.
What Enter does
Enter uses artificial intelligence to empower the legal departments of large companies across both civil and labor litigation. Its technology supports every step of the legal process, with full audit and editing, while the client's teams and the law firms representing them set the legal strategy.
With the support of Enter's technology, the results are clear: operational efficiency metrics climb, cost per lawsuit drops, and Brazil's largest companies save billions. And we are just getting started.
